| 摘 要： | 高等学校实行学生辅导员助理制度有极其重要的意义,它有利于新同学尽快适应大学的学习和生活;及时补充了辅导员老师发挥不到的作用,减轻了辅导员老师的工作负担;充当了联系学校各有关部门和老师与新生的桥梁和纽带;为高等学校的教育工作添加了一份力量。
