| 摘 要： | 金融监管制度改革是自2008年全球金融危机后金融监管体系改革的重要内容之一。当前我国金融监管制度在意识理念、监管模式及制度完善方面存在弊端,这些弊端存在的深层次原因既有前提性、现实性原因,也有关键性、根本性原因。建立适合中国国情的金融监管制度改革应重塑金融监管理念,确立金融监管主体,完善监管制度体系,加强金融监管国际合作。
