Economic Nature of Venture Business——the Marketlized Price Fixing Mechanism of Innovation Labor

In this essay, we point out that the key to understand the economic nature of venture business in high-tech area is the heterogeneity of the innovation labor which leads to a marketlized price fixing mechanism of such kind of labor. So under the condition of market economy , venture business in which the entrepreneur set up his own business and finally get the proprietary rights is essentially a marketlized price fixing mechanism of innovation labor .
