| Abstract: | The new company law was adopted on October 27,2005.This law has many important revisions and arrangements of innovational system,including establishment of company,investment,encourage company autonomy,perfect company governance,protect safety of trade,improve profit protect system of shareholders especially small-middle shareholders and strengthen company social responsibility. |
