| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国进入工业反哺农业的条件和战略意义,认为实施工业反哺农业战略,一方面要在体制上打破城乡分割体制,扭转要素单向地从农村流向城镇的机制,另一方面要建立城乡统筹发展的新体制,形成工业支持农业、城镇支援农村的要素流动机制。

| Abstract: | China has entered a new stage that industry supports agriculture. The paper analyzes its conditions and meaning and points out the way to realize the strategy. On the one hand, we should abolish the traditional system of dividing the whole area into rural and urban areas and change the current situation of production factors flowing from the rural areas into urban areas. On the other hand, we should set up a new system for the coordinated development between rural and urban areas and have a new mechanism for industry supporting agriculture and production factors flowing from urban to rural areas. |
