中小企业招聘工作存在的问题及其对策

摘    要:我国中小企业招聘工作在从业人员、指导思想、工作制度、具体操作等方面都还存在问题,致使招聘工作难以取得好的成效。做好中小企业的招聘工作,应配备专业人力资源管理人员,端正招聘工作理念,完善招聘工作制度,并注意对招聘工作中细节的完善。

Abstract:There exist such problems as practitioner,guiding idea,working system and practical operation in the recruitment work of the medium and small-sized enterprises that it's hard to take effect in the recruitment work.In order to make a good job in the recruitment,the medium and small-sized enterprises should be equipped with professionals of human resource management,a correct attitude should be taken towards the recruitment and the system and details of recruitment should be perfected.
