国有企业普通员工激励机制建设研究

摘    要:近些年来普通员工的激励模式和方法逐渐为我国国有企业管理层所重视,但在实践中,仍然存在诸如激励形式和对象单一化、约束和评价机制不完善等问题。逐步降低保健的功能、提高激励功能已成为国有企业员工激励机制改革的方向。国有企业应按照对实现企业的战略意图和战略目标贡献的大小来取酬设计和完善激励机制建设。

Research on the Incentive Mechanism Construction of Ordinary Employees in State-owned Enterprises

Abstract:In recent years the incentive pattern and method to ordinary employees are gradually emphasized on the management level in state-owned enterprises in China.But there exist in the practice such issues as the simplification of the incentive form and subject,and the imperfection of constraint and evaluation mechanism.In the era of post non-tradable share reform the way is regarded as the direction of incentive mechanism reform of ordinary employees in state-owned enterprises to reduce gradually the healthy function and enhance the incentive function.Any state-owned enterprises are supposed to design and improve the incentive mechanism construction in the decision of employees' wages by evaluating the contribution to the strategic purpose and strategic objectives.
