大学新生班辅导员管理工作刍议

大学新生班级在培养目标、思想观念、学习内容、管理方式、角色扮演等方面与中学阶段迥异,与大学其他年级相比,也有着自己的特色。辅导员作为大学生的主要管理者,应该根据这些特征对新生进行教育和指导,为学生创设各种平台,促进学生形成正确的道德观念、完善的知识结构、较强的学习科研以及解决实际问题的能力。

Freshmen class is different from high school in the aspects of training target,content,idea,management mode,role playing,etc.,and compared with other grades in college,it has its own characteristics.Counselors as the main manager of college students,should educate and guide freshmen according to these characteristics,create all sorts of platforms for students,promote the students to form the correct moral concepts,improve the knowledge structure,the strong ability to research sciences and solve practical problems.
