乡村振兴背景下空心村整治的增城实践

开展空心村调查,探索空心村改造路径,推进空心村整治,是释放土地存量、缓解城乡建设用地结构性矛盾、改善乡村人居环境和促进乡村振兴的突破口。选择大都市郊区的典型代表——广州市增城区为案例地,首先,分析增城空心村的形成原因及空间分布特征,然后,集聚增城空心村的整治模式,最后,提出未来增城空心村改造的若干建议。

Zengcheng Practice of Hollow Village Renovation under the Background of Rural Revitalization
