私营企业30年及立法的动态考察

改革开放30年来，我国私营企业经历了从“必要有益补充”到“重要组成部分”的深刻转变。目前，我国私营企业已经进入了一个蓬勃发展的历史新阶段。文章对私营企业地位及其在立法上的主要表现进行了考察，指出了我国私营企业进一步发展所面临的法律困境，并提出了解决问题的对策。
