| 摘 要： | 回顾了西方发达国家工业工程理论和技术的主要发展阶段，分析了工业工程技术在国外以快递为代表的物流行业中的应用。结合其在我国的发展历程和目前在国内物流行业应用的现状和缺陷，提出了应用经典工业工程技术改进我国物流企业的微观运作环节，提高操作效率的方案。

| Abstract: | This article offers review of the development of IE in western countries,analyzes implementation of IE technologies to logistics industry,such as express,in developed countries.With the analysis of development of IE in china and application to domestic logistics industry,it points out the method of implementing classical IE technologies to micro-operation sectors of logistics enterprise to improve efficiency. |
