城镇居民对国内旅游服务质量的感知评价分析

摘    要:以《中国国内旅游抽样调查资料》中对1996—2005年城镇居民对旅游服务质量感知评价的统计为基础,运用基本数学方法和灰色关联度分析法对数据进行整理和分析,揭示了十年来城镇居民对旅游服务质量感知评价的总体发展趋势以及住宿、交通、餐饮、购物、娱乐、景区/点和导游服务各单项旅游服务质量对综合评价的影响程度,并根据分析结果提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:Based on the data of tourism service quality perception and evaluation of urban residents from 1996 to 2005 in the"China's domestic tourism sample survey", this paper has an analysis by making use of gray correlation analysis and other mathematical methods.The results reveal the overall development trend of tourism service quality perception and evaluation of urban residents in our country and influence degree of the every single tourism service quality,including accommodation,transportation,catering, shopping,entertainment,scenic areas/points,tour guides on the comprehensive evaluation,then provide corresponding advices.
