| 摘 要： | 银行贷款已成为当前我国高校解决发展所需资金的主要来源渠道，本文根据教育部确定的学校银行贷款的指导思想，并分析了银行贷款给高等学校发展所带来的问题，提出了一些控制财务风险的措施。
