渣浆泵橡胶叶轮模具设计

摘    要:在分析了叶轮的结构特点和工作原理的基础上确定了渣浆泵橡胶叶轮模具的结构,介绍了所采用的双盖板闭式结构金属骨架在型腔中的下定位法、芯胎设计、副叶片模具设计。该模具设计的特点是:内衬金属骨架,并以骨架下端的螺纹及下平面定位,采用单缸注压一次成型的加工方法,叶轮流道为整体活芯,一改过去悬浮式的注压方式,能有效地防止压偏和滑扣,芯胎由原来的两片改成单片结构,不会产生流道错位现象,使不良品率由原来的24%降到3%,为今后生产其他泵型的衬胶叶轮提供了模具设计的借鉴。

Abstract:The pattern structure for rubber impeller of slurry pump has been determined based on the analysis of the structure characteristic and operation principle of impeller. The design of core body,the design of the pattern of subsidiary blade and the method of down positioning double cover closed-type metal reinforcement in mould cavity are introduced. The features of this pattern design are :The inside is lined with metal reinforcement,and the locaton is based on the thread below the reinforcement and the lower surface;it adopts the processing method of pouring and pressing by single cyclinder and once-through forming,the impeller passage is made with an integral removable core. It changes the old suspension pouring and pressing method,and can effectively avoid pressing offcenter and destroying the thread. The core body has been changed from two pieces to one piece structure,which won't cause misplacement of passage and can lower the reject rate from primary 24% down to 3%,also provide a reference for the pattern design in future manufacture of other original rubber lined impeller.
