摘    要:本文分析并概括总结了20世纪90年代以来发达国家薪酬制度发展变化的趋势和主要特点,并根据当前我国国有企业薪酬制度存在的弊端,对如何参考借鉴国外现代薪酬制度发展的新特点,加快国企薪酬制度改革提出了一系列有益的建议。

Abstract:The atricle analysis and conclude the main developing tend and feature of compensation system in developed countries since 1990's,accroding to the abuse in the compensation system of state enterprises,putting forward some advice on how to refer to the new characterisitc of compensation system in developed countries to promote the reform of atate enterprises.
