| 摘 要： | 对纵向产业链组织结构类型进行分析，并对处于不同类型结构中的企业组织的竞争地位问题进行分类研究。为企业从全球产业链的角度来审视自身所处的竞争地位状况，弄清自己在全球产业链中所处的位置，重新调整企业的发展战略以打破长期被固定在产业链底端的国际分工现状，提供一种新的分析工具。

| Abstract: | This paper examines the organizational structure of longitudinal industrial chain and classifies the competitiveness status of corporate organizations of different types so as to review the competitiveness status of enterprises from the perspective of global industrial chain,to understand its position in the global industrial chain,to re-adjust the corporate development strategy for breaking the persistent condition of locating at the end of industrial chain,and to provide a new analysis tool. |
