| 摘 要： | 速丰林建设和国际金融组织贷款林业项目在增加森林资源方面具有独特作用,在应对气候变化和促进农民增收中具有重要作用。为促进速生丰产林建设,要进一步落实国家扶持政策,逐步建立速丰林建设国家资金投入补助渠道。稳步推进国际金融组织贷款林业项目,打造国内造林示范样板。大力发展木材加工、木浆造纸等林业支柱产业,促进速丰林基地建设。强化科技支撑,加强示范和引导。强化公共服务,营造良好发展氛围。
