| 摘 要： | 在高校毕业生就业制度由计划分配向双向选择、自主择业转变的过程中,出现了部分大学毕业生就业难的问题,其主要原因是受经济结构性调整,人才需求不旺;用人单位要求提高,一些毕业生不能适应;毕业生就业期望过高,脱离社会实际以及地方和部门保护主义的干扰等因素的影响。解决这个问题,政府应加强宏观调控,建立高校有序的就业市场;高校要深化改革,优化人才培养结构;大学生要提高素质,适应社会需求;用人单位要从长计议,吸纳人才。

| Abstract: | Some problems appeared in the process of job assignments on graduation from planned assignment to two-way selection,and to the selection of their own choice. The major reasons of these are influenced by the adjustment of the economical structure and the inadequate need of qualified personnel,etc.. In order to solve these problems,the government should strengthen the macroscopic adjustment and control to set up the job-seeking market; university students should improve their quality to meet the needs of the society;units in need of personnel should accept personnel in the long run. |
