Cherish and develop Sino-Russian strategic cooperation colleague relationship

The relationship of Sino-Russian had experienced two big periods:the Soviet Union periods and the later Soviet Union period,and four steps:ally,oppose,the relations normalization,promote and develop continuously.Up to now,they have become strategic cooperation colleague relationship which faces 21st century.The essence of the relationship is the two countries' strategic benefiits each other.During developing bilateral relations,they need to enlarge generality between two countries,rational recognize and properly treat the arrangement and difference of each countries' benefit,and tamp the material base and social base of strategic cooperation colleague relationship.
