| 摘 要： | 我国统账结合的城镇职工基本医疗保险模式已运行10年有余,然而关于医疗保险个人账户的争论从来就没有停止过。文章综合分析医疗保险个人账户的利弊,建议改革我国现行统账结合的城镇职工基本医疗保险制度,逐步取消个人账户。

| Abstract: | The basic medical insurance for urban employees,which implements the mode of ＂the pool combines with personal account＂,has been carrying out for more than ten years.However,the dispute of personal account for medical insurance has not stopped.Comprehensively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of personal account for medical insurance,it is suggested that we should reform the basic medical insurance system for urban employees and cancel the personal ac-count step by step. |
