余姚市小水电能源建设现状及对策研究

水电是廉价而清洁的再生能源,其开发与建设,不仅能促进经济社会又好又快发展,而且对保障能源安全具有十分重要的战略意义.余姚市小水电站的蓬勃发展,在取得显著成绩的同时,也存在着产业基础和条件有待改善、自动化水平需进一步提高、财政扶持需进一步加大以及水电站开发如何避免对生态环境产生负面影响等问题.在此基础上,探讨了进一步发展小水电产业的对策与措施.

The Research of Construction Present Situation and Countermeasure of Small Hydropower in Yuyao

Water and electricity is cheap and clean renewable energy.The development and construction of small hydropower is not only to promote economic and social development but also to ensure energy security.With the vigorous development of Small hydropower stations of Yuyao,there are some new problems including existing industrial basis,financial support and hydropower development on ecological environment negatively effect.In the paper,the strategies and measures of Small hydropower stations development was discussed.
