| 摘 要： | 文章以与人民生活关系密切的制糖行业作为研究对象，通过运用SWOT分析方法，对比国际制糖业竞争对手情况，分析中国制糖业的优劣势、面临的机会与威胁，从而确定中国制糖业的发展战略；通过项目生命周期理论，判断中国制糖行业处于发展期向成熟期过渡阶段，在应用波特五因素理论对中国制糖业竞争态势进行深入分析后，找出影响中国制糖业发展战略的薄弱环节，进而确定其相关产业未来的发展方向即具体发展目标，为其相关产业的项目投资指明方向。
