“一带一路”倡议下中国与东盟经贸合作模式新构的研究

本文分析了中国与东盟经贸合作模式的历史轨迹,对“一带一路”倡议下双方经贸合作模式存在的问题进行了剖析,指出在“一带一路”建设下中国与东盟经贸合作存在空间经贸合作以陆地为主、海洋经贸合作呈碎片化、存在严重的不对称经济依赖关系,且部分国家不对称程度越来越大、经贸协调机制需要完善等问题,提出结合全球价值链的“陆地为依托,海洋寻突破”共赢共生的总模式,以及在总模式下构建与差异化分工合作相适应的“多中心组团式海洋经贸合作圈”空间性经贸合作、与区域价值链和技术创新相适应的“融合海洋因子+点式与梯级”功能性经贸合作、与规则重塑相适应的“陆海协调机制+多平台协调”时间性经贸合作等三大子模式。

Research on the New Model of Economic and Trade Cooperation Between China and ASEAN under the Background of B&R

This paper analyzes the Sino-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation.It points out some problems of cooperation model which are Land-based fragmented cooperation,serious and increasing asymmetric economic dependence and coordinating mechanism need to improve under the background of B玟.Based on that,the paper puts forward the Win-win Co-existence of Land-based,Ocean丒BTeakthrough new model of economic and trade cooperation,analyzes the connotation,objectives,contents and means of the new model.In addition,It suggests three sub-models which include spatial economic and trade cooperation of multi-center group-type ocean economic and trade cooperation circle,functional economic and trade cooperation of ocean factors-point-gradient and timebased economic and trade cooperation of land-sea coordination mechanism-multiplatform etc.
