| Abstract: | The serious unbalance of supply and demand and structure of the labors result in the rising rate of unemployment. We should develop education, open up tertiary industry, implement the strategy of towns, esp. enlarging the inner demands continuously and speed up the economic development to promote the employment rate in our country. |
