我国节能减排检测方法标准体系框架研究

摘    要:文章对我国节能减排检测方法标准体系的现状和存在的不足进行了分析,根据当前国内外应对气候变化的形势和政策需要,总结提出了我国节能减排检测方法标准体系的总框架,并以该框架为基础,对我国节能减排检测方法的国家标准体系建设提供建议。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the situation and the main problems of the existing national standards system which is related to inspectation methods for energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the current situation at home and abroad to satisfy the climate change and policy needs,the general framework for inspectation method of energy conservation and emission reduction is proposed,Finanlly,this paper gives some suggestions about how to build up a perfect national standard system under this general framew...
