摘    要:以N-甲基咪唑、2-氯乙基苯、对甲苯磺酸合成1-甲基-3-α-甲基-(4-磺酸苄基)]咪唑对甲苯磺酸盐酸性离子液体。考察了酸性离子液体在丙酮和丙烯腈的反应中的催化性能,确定了最佳反应条件:n(丙酮):n(丙烯腈)=2.2:1.0,酸性离子液体用量为丙烯腈质量的8.0%,反应温度(40±2)℃,反应时间3.0h.在该条件下双丙酮丙烯酰胺的收率〉61%,且反应结束后产物易于分离,酸性离子液体循环使用5次以上。

Abstract:Acid ionic liquid of 1 - methyl - 3 - α - methyl - (4 - sulfonatebenzyl ) ] imidazolium p - toluenesulfonate was synthesized from N - methyl imidazole, ( 2 - chloroethyl ) - benzene, and p - toluene sulfochloride. Catalytic performances for diaceton acrylamide ( DAAM ) of acetone with acrylonitrile were studied. Optimum technological conditions : n ( acetone) : n( acrylonitrile) = 2.2: 1.0,amount of the ionic liquids was 8.0% (base on mass of acrylonitrile) ,reaction temperature was (40 ±2 ) ℃ , and reaction time was 3.0 h. Under these conditions the yield of diaceton acrylamide was over 61% by HPLC. Product was immiscible with ionic liquid and could be separated simply. The ionic liquid could be reused for more than 5 times.
