| 摘 要： | 在分业经营法律框架下,我国商业银行处置金融不良资产手段存在局限性,以综合类证券公司为主要力 量的我国投资银行介入金融不良资产处理就尤为必要。对我国证券公司介入金融不良资产处置业务,需要克服诸多 困难,同时需要政策和法律的支持。

| Abstract: | Within the lawful frame of separate operation,there exists limitation in the disposal of financial ill capitals in our commercial banking. The participation of our investment banking, which has comprehensive securities company as its main force is important in disposing of financial ill capitals. We must overcome many problems in disposing of financial ill capitals with the participation of securities company and need help of policy and law. |
