| 摘 要： | 文献中给出的过程能力指数新定义，是对传统定义中的偏移系数进行了改进。本文对传统定义中的主体进行改进，改进后将使其与六西格玛管理中的西格玛值相统一。对过程能力指数的全新定义，不仅给出不合格品率P与Cp、k之间的计算公式，而且给出了数值表和应用示例，供企业应用时选择。

| Abstract: | A new definition of precess capability index on the decument , which is improve for traditional definition of shift coefficient. The essay is the improving for main of traditional definition, it will make unite the among Cp and sigma value after improving the main of traditional definition. The all new definition of precess capability index, which not only the caeulating formula among p （percented for nonconforming item）,Cp and k but the basic numerical value table and applied example are presented for enterprises to choice when they need. |
