| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代中期以来,跨国公司来华R&D投资不仅增长迅猛,而且日益在京沪两地之间的狭长地带形成地区聚集现象,这在我国加入WTO之后表现尤为明显。在华跨国公司R&D投资的地区集群效应一直是一个热点问题。本文利用CBTM提供的最新数据,基于R&D知识成果流动的视角(技术合同交易)探讨了在京R&D投资的区位集群特征,并实证分析了影响集群区位外资R&D知识成果流动的主要因素,分析表明,在华跨国公司R&D机构嵌入本地化创新网络作用仍不显著。
