| 摘 要： | 运用生态足迹模型对位于祁连山东段农牧区的天祝县进行了生态承载力状况的分析。结果表明，天祝县2008年的生态足迹未超过生态承载力，出现生态盈余，生态环境容量尚能承载环境负荷。而对2000---2008年生态足迹及生态承栽力动态变化分析结果表明，天祝县生态盈余呈持续下降趋势，表明该区生态可持续性的持续下降状况。针对这一状况，根据该区生态资源状况的基本特征，提出生态经济系统可持续性建设的建议。

| Abstract: | Using the ecological footprint model to calculate and analyze the of the Tianzhu county which lies in the agricultural and pastoral areas in the eastern part of Qilian Mountains.The results showed that the ecological footprint didn’t exceed the ecological carrying capacity in 2008.It indicated that the ecological environmental capacity could bear the carrying capacity of environment.However,the dynamic of the ecological footprints and ecological carrying capacitys gived the trend that the ecological surplus of Tianzhu county had a steady decline from the year of 2000 to 2008.This result indicated the trend that the ecological sustainability of the Tianzhu County steadily declined.Some suggestions were put forward on sustainable development of the eco-economy system of Tianzhu county based on the study results and the basic character of ecological resources and the industrial structure. |
