| Abstract: | An analysis is made in this paper of the hydropower resources development of border rivers in terms of necessity, feasibility and economy, together with an introduction to the status quo of all-round cooperative development between China and Russia of hydropower resources of border rivers. In addition, a proposal is put forward on the development scheme, power consumption direction and countermeasures to possible risks in this regard, which can be used as a reference for China＇s enterprises to develop the hydropower resources of border rivers between China and Russia. |
