| 摘 要： | 对农产品价值链与流通效率的关系进行理论分析，并采用流通效率衡量指标体系，对“中国脐橙之乡”湖北省秭归县脐橙流通效率进行了实证研究。研究表明，价值链中交易主体越多，则流通效率越低，所以，应尽量减少交易主体以提高流通效率，优化价值链。
