技术性贸易措施损害风险评估体系的实证研究

技术性贸易措施的风险评估，是开展准确预警的重要前提，目前相关的理论与实践较为缺乏。本文在指标评价法的基础上，采用德尔菲法、层次分析和模糊综合评价等数学方法，探索建立了技术性贸易措施损害的风险评估体系，并进行了实际验证，具有实践与指导意义。

An Empirical Research on Risk Assessment System of the Damage in Technical Barriers to Trade

The risk assessment of technical barriers to trade is an important prerequisite for carrying out an accurate early-warning, however, an insufficiency of explore and establish a risk assessment system of the related theory and practice exists at present. In order to damage in technical barriers to trade, the mathematical methods such as the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the index evaluation method are adopted in this paper, and the actual verification is carried through, it is of practical significance.
