新经济组织经营管理模式分析

20世纪90年代末期大量涌现的新经济组织具有传统型组织所不具备的超强的创新能力、扩张速度和核心竞争力。但由于不同于传统组织的运营模式和高速扩张,也带来了新经济组织的经营风险和组织管理等方面的滞后,导致以网络经济和高科技经济为代表的新经济出现大量泡沫,并随着神话变为现实,愈来愈多的新经济组织在经营管理的道路上陷入迷茫和窘境。本文就新经济组织的资本结构、组织结构、业务流程和激励机制等方面的现状与问题展开分析,并力图从中寻求新的理念与模式。

An analysis on the management mode of new economic organizations

The new economic organizations, which emerged in large numbers during late 1990s, have distinguished themselves from the traditional ones with superb innovative abilities, great expansion rate and high level of core competitiveness. However, the management modes and high-rate expansion that are different from those of the traditional organization also makes the operation risks and organization management lag behind , thus causing bubbles in such new economic sectors as network economy and high-tech economy. As the fables turns into harsh realities, more and more new economic organizations face confusion and embarrassment in their business management. The article analyses the new economic organizations in terms of capital structure, organizational structure, business process and motivation system, and explores new concepts and modes in managing new economic organizations.
