| 摘 要： | 在评述国内外居住空间结构相关研究的基础上,将1990年以来天津市中心城区居住空间结构演变的特征概括为居住区分布边缘化、建设规模化、地价空间分异现象显现及中心区内居住用地开发强度偏低,进而论述了居住空间结构的主要影响因素,包括土地有偿使用制度和住宅商品化政策、居民收入差距扩大及城市政府的住房政策.

| Abstract: | On the basis of the review of related studies on residential spatial structure at home and abroad,this paper sums up the characteristics of residential spatial structure in Tianjin central districts since 1990 as fringe in distribution,large scale in construction,spatial differentiation in land price and low intensity in developing in central district.Then some affect factors are discussed including land use with payment system,housing commercial policy,earning gap extended and urban governmental housing policy. |
