| Abstract: | The effective control on the construction investment means that all the expenditure on the construction items should be controlled within the investment quota approved,and all the deviations should be corrected anytime.It is propitious to make reasonable use of the manpower, material and financial resources to guarantee the implement of the MBO (management by objective) on the item investment and the achievement of better investment returns and social benefits. |
