| 摘 要： | 统计数据质量不高是当前社会公众关注的焦点问题之一 ,我国统计数据质量不高主要表现为统计数据失真和不能“适销对路”两个方面。究其原因 ,既有经济体制方面的因素 ,也有统计自身的内在因素和其他外在因素 ,其中内在因素是主要因素 ,集中表现为统计制度方法的不完善、统计管理体制上的不适应以及统计从业人员素质差等。
