| Abstract: | In order to understand deeply the conflict in the course of Chinese urban house demolition,from the angle of the market economy,the paper systematically analyzes problems and root-cause existing in Chinese urban house demolition compensation system,including compensation ways,compensation rate and relevant policies and laws. In the end,put forward countermeasures for Chinese urban demolition compensation. |
