| 摘 要： | 农村基层党组织是党在农村的战斗堡垒和领导核心。改革开放以来,农村经济的快速发展及政治生态环境的急剧变化,使乡村治理结构正在经历着现代转型,这对农村基层党组织的角色定位和功能发挥提出了巨大的挑战。新的历史时期,农村基层党组织应该从领导核心、社会角色、利益协调及政治吸纳等方面加强自身功能建设,以适应党的执政及社会发展的客观需要。
