我国民间慈善组织的立法缺陷及其建议

《慈善促进法》正在加紧起草之中。在慈善组织取得主体资格条件、法律法规衔接问题、慈善信托等方面,借鉴国外慈善组织的法律建设和实践管理经验,提出相关的立法建议,以期为我国民间慈善组织有序健康发展提供良好的法制环境。
