| 摘 要： | 兰西格经济区是国家循环经济发展示范区,西部地区经济发展的重点集聚区和引领区,西部地区承接产业转移先导区,促进各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展的示范区,全国重要的特色经济带。要推进矿产、水能等优势资源有序开发,发展壮大特色优势产业;加快实施重大基础设施建设步伐,逐步消除瓶颈制约;坚持生态建设和环境保护,构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会;着力优化经济结构,转变发展方式,大力发展循环经济;强化主体功能,优化空间布局,加强联合协作,不断提高综合实力和竞争力。
