再论企业产权关系的双重性

西方现代产权学派在交易成本和产权概念理解上的狭隘,以及拘于表象分析企业产权关系的方法导致了理论上对企业与市场各自特殊性的忽视,并最终将两者混同化。企业内部主导性的所有权原则以及企业外部流通领域等价交换的原则存在本质的差异,这是界定企业与市场区别和联系的必要前提,也是深刻认识企业产权关系本质的重要方法,因此从企业产权关系的双重性着手研究产权关系本质有着重要意义。

The Nature Dualism of Enterprise Property Rights Relations

West modern theory of property rights inaccurately explains the two analysis tools,transaction costs and property rights in addition that it explains the relations of firm property rights from outside the firms,so the real essence is misrepresented.Virtually,the nature of property relations of capitalist enterprises is wage labor relation.The internal and external property relations of enterprises are different.The idea and method in term of nature dualism are of important reference value on this point.
