| 摘 要： | 本文作者在《经济发展环境承载力理论与方法研究》一文中,以绿色经济思想为理论基础,将＂环境承载力核算论＂和＂绿色GDP核算论＂两大研究体系相结合,在不改变现行《国民经济核算体系（SNA）》的基础上,将一定时期内一个国家或地区的资源消耗量、资源价格、环境质量和国内生产总值等四个变量置于同一个系统,通过构建＂绿色经济体系＂测算经济发展的环境承载力。在该理论与方法研究的基础上,本文以甘肃省为对象进行实证分析,研究成果对甘肃省可持续发展政策的制定提供了实证依据。
