| 摘 要： | 县域经济一直是辽宁经济社会发展的短板。辽宁省实施三大区域发展战略以来,大城市对县域经济的带动作用明显加强,但是,与发达省份相比尚有较大距离。借助区域发展力量,能够推动辽宁县域经济实现跨越式发展。为此,就要把握区域开发战略下辽宁县域经济发展中存在的问题,实施有针对性的政策。
