| 摘 要： | 喀什位于我国的西部边陲,属暖温带大陆性干旱气候,独特的气候条件决定着生态环境十分脆弱。实行特殊经济政策的喀什经济开发区在繁荣当地经济发展的同时,又直接影响到人民群众赖以生存的生态环境。协调和改善经济发展与生态环境的关系对于喀什实现可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Kashi is located in our country western borderland,is a warm temperate continental arid climate,unique climate condition determines the ecological environment is very fragile.Implements special economic policy of the Kashi Economic Development Zone in the prosperity of the local economic development,but also directly affects the people’s livelihood ecological environment.Coordinate and improve the development between economic development and ecological environment for Kashi to achieve sustainable development has very important significance. |
