| 摘 要： | 在传统的供应链上,企业之间由于相互之间缺乏信息沟通,因而会不可避免地产生需求信息的扭曲和时间上的滞后,往往使得需求信息在从供应链下游向上游传递的过程中被逐级放大,使供应链在大大增加整体库存水平的同时减弱了竞争力。而供应商管理库存(VMI)的出现大大改善了这个问题,由企业单独解决变成了集成解决。文中将通过理论分析以及建立相应的解决模型来探讨这种管理方法。

| Abstract: | Through traditional supply chain, corporations inevitably suffer from information distortion and lag in time because of lack of information communication between each other, so that the demand information is gradually exaggerated from downriver to upriver of the supply chain and the competition power is weakened while the general storage of the supply chain is magnificently increased. However, VMI solves this problem, changing the problem-solver from corporations alone to the integration. This essay discusses this management method using theory analysis and model concerned. |
