| Abstract: | This paper does an empirical analysis on the development of High-Tech Policies from 1978 to 2008 in China based on High-Tech Policy texts,and the development process of High-Tech Policy are divided into five stages as the restoration and exploration period,the start-up and development periods,the application and maturity period;the transition and rule of law period,the leap-forward and innovation period.Finally,this paper briefly reviews the current High-Tech Policy. |
