| 摘 要： | 在分析价值链及其构成的基础上,探讨了企业战略联盟可以聚合彼此在不同价值链环节中的核心专长,有助于企业顺应价值链一体化竟争的需要,并且在共享价值链上获取更多的“净竞争优势”。这有利于企业建立相互信任机制,成功的组建战略联盟。

The Exploration in the Value Chain Strategic Alliance Among Enterprise |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of value chain and its constitutents, strategic alliance of enterprise can pool special skills in different links of value chain. This will contribute to the enterprises' chain value integration and thus the gaining of net competitive superovity, which may help to promote mutual trust among the participants in the strategic alliance. |
