我国金融风险及其防范对策(连载二)

我国金融业存在种种缺陷与隐患，潜伏的风险加大。一旦金融风险转化为金融危机，其对金融业和整个经济建设造成的严重后果及引发的一系列社会问题将是不堪设想的。因此， 我国有必要采取各种措施防范和化解金融风险：提高认识，转变观念，加强金融监控力度；转变政府职能，减少地方政府对金融机构的干预；稳健发展经济；加强对不良贷款清收，降低不良贷款比例；加强金融机构内部控制，提高金融运行质量；利用引导好虚拟资本，学会驾驭虚拟资本能力；配套改革，综合治理。

Our country's financial risk and its protective countermeasures

There are various kinds of defects and latent danger in our country's financial business,and the danger is expanding.Once the financial risk turns out to be a financial crisis,the serious consequence it will create in financial business and the whole economic construction and a series of social problems it will lead to,will be incredibly bad.Hence,our country needs to take various measures to protect and solve the financial risk:to raise the understanding,to change the ideas,to strengthen the financial supervisory control;to change the government's function,to reduce the local government's interference in financial organizations;to promote economy healthily and steadily;to lay more stress on the clearence of bad loans,to reduce the ratio of bad loans;to enhance the internal control of financial organization,to raise financial function quality;to use and guide good virtual capital and learn to control virtual capital;to make a whole range of reforms,and comprehensive cure.
