摘    要:有机污染物的植物修复,如炸药的毒性污染,可能导致毒性代谢产物的积累,这些毒性代谢产物可能进一步进入食物链。在过去的十年中,人们从遗传上改良植物来克服其解毒能力的内在不足。有些细菌基因能编码分解炸药的酶,像硝基还原酶和细胞色素P450,这些细菌基因已被引入高等植物,显著地增强了植物耐受性、吸收和解毒的能力。转基因植物展现出微生物的生物降解能力,为高效环保的净化土壤技术带来了希望。

Abstract:Phytoremediation of organic pollutants, such as explosives, was often a slow and incomplete process, poten- tially leading to the accumulation of toxic metabolites that could be further introduced into the food chain. During the past decade, plants had been genetically modified to overcome the inherent limitations of plant detoxification capabilities. Bacteri- al genes encoding enzymes involved in the breakdown of explosives, such as nitroreductase and cytoehrome P450 ,had been introduced in higher plants, resulting in significant enhancement of plant tolerance, uptake, and detoxification performances. Transgenic plants exhibiting biodegradation capabilities of microorganisms brought the promise of an efficient and environ- mental -friendly technology for cleaning up polluted soils.
